Palma, April 20, 2026 — With just one week to go before the opening of the Palma International Boat Show 2026, more than 200 professionals are working to complete the setup of the exhibition grounds for one of the Mediterranean’s key nautical events.

The show, organized by ADRBalears, under the Regional Ministry of Business, Self-Employed Workers, and Energy, together with the Balearic Yacht Brokers Association (BYBA), will open its doors from April 29 to May 2.

Preparations have been underway since the beginning of the month across the event’s two main exhibition areas: Moll Vell in Palma and Marina Port de Mallorca. These two spaces will host the various sections of the show and once again position Palma as an important meeting point for the international nautical industry.

In the final days before opening, technicians, assemblers, electricians, carpenters, logistics teams, and production staff are coordinating efforts to ensure that everything is ready for visitors and exhibitors by April 29.

Among the most complex installation works is the placement of up to 200 metres of floating docking lines, which will be used both for yacht mooring and visitor circulation. Another important element is the floating walkway currently being installed between the Espigó de Consigna and the Moll de la Indústria Pesquera, creating a circular route through the exhibition. This structure measures 72 metres in length and 5 metres in width.

The two exhibition areas, Moll Vell and Marina Port de Mallorca, will also be connected by sea through shuttle boats, allowing visitors to move between the two venues in approximately five minutes and making access between both spaces easier and more efficient.

It should also be noted that from April 21 through May 6, the Contramoll Mollet road will remain closed in order to complete the final setup works for the fairgrounds.

The Palma International Boat Show 2026 will feature leading companies from across the nautical sector and will once again offer strong international representation, reinforcing its role as one of the season’s most anticipated boat shows.
